New Update for Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc Reveals Hashira Training Arc!

Hello, anime fans! Energizing news for all you Demon Slayer fans out there. The most recent episode of the Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc recently broadcasted, and learn to expect the unexpected. They announced the next part of the anime, which is the Hashira Training Arc. Can you believe it?

To make things better, the official Twitter account of the anime shared a new Key Visual, delightfully drawn by the talented character designer and animation director, Akira Matsushima. (It looks absolutely dazzling!)

They didn’t uncover the specific release date, but they did treat us to a small PV (promotional video) on the Aniplex official YouTube channel. This way, we could at least get a sneak look and start building up our excitement.


For the people who probably aren’t aware, Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc began broadcasting in Japan in April 2023. The absolute first episode was even broadcasted as an exceptional one-hour episode. And guess what? It also had a theatrical release in the US and other countries as part of the franchise’s World Tour. Talk about taking it to the global stage!

Fans will be excited to realize that the capable voice actors and entertainers reprised their roles for this season. Kana Hanazawa and Kengo Kawanishi are back as Kanroji Mitsuri and Muichiri Tokito, respectively. Also, obviously, the cherished voices of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke are back as well!

Ufotable, the renowned animation studio, assumed responsibility for bringing Demon Slayer Season 3, also known as Swordsmith Village Arc, to life. Akira Matsushima, the genius behind the character designs, is back for this third installment. Expect nothing short of amazing visuals and breathtaking animation.

We should not fail to remember how Demon Slayer has caught the hearts of fans around the world. The first season of the TV anime had a total of twenty-six episodes, produced by Ufotable and aired in Japan from April to September 2019. What’s more, who can fail to remember the incredible sequel film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train? It was released in October 2020 and broke records, turning into the highest grossing anime film and Japanese film ever. Unimaginable, right?

And if that wasn’t enough, we were treated to a second season of the anime, which readapted the “Mugen Train” arc and covered the “Entertainment District” arc from the manga. It aired from October 2021 to February 2022, leaving us craving for more Demon Slayer goodness.
