The Ranking of Kings series is set to receive a new movie, separate from the previous anime. However, specific details about the upcoming project have not been revealed. On a related note, the side story anime called Treasure Chest of Courage recently concluded after airing 10 episodes.
The first season of the TV anime, produced by WIT Studio, closely followed the manga. Following the season finale, a new anime project titled Treasure Chest of Courage was announced. This project, unlike the manga, focused on recaps and side stories. The voice actors Minami Hinata and Ayumu Murase reprised their roles as Bojji and Kage in both anime adaptations. This movie will mark the franchise’s first foray onto the big screen.
The Ranking of Kings (Ousama Ranking) anime is based on a manga created by Sosuke Toka. Crunchyroll provides the following plot summary for the series: “The Ranking of Kings takes into account the prosperity of a nation, the strength of its warriors, and the valor of its king.
