The DLC expansion called “The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero” has been declared for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet during the 2023 Pokemon Day Presents occasion. This expansion will provide players with new chances to investigate the Paldea District.

The Official Pokemon YouTube Channel showcased a trailer revealing a new storyline in the two-part DLC for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. The expansion will introduce new Legendary Pokemon and significant characters to the plot.
Each part of the DLC will add already unavailable species to the Paldea Pokedex, and players will have the opportunity to encounter two new Amazing Pokemon called Terapagos and Ogerpon.
Nintendo Direct Trailer (June 21, 2023):
The trailer showcased the return of Pokemon like Snorlax, Poochyena, Aipom, Blitzle, Golurk, Alolan Exeggutor, and that’s just the beginning.
Trainers were also given a sneak look of the storylines for each expansion. The Teal Mask will spin around the The Teal Mask will on Kitakami and will present new characters named Carmine and Kieran.
The Indigo Circle will happen at the battle-focused Blueberry Academy, which features a massive Terrarium beneath its futuristic campus. The Terrarium is divided into four biomes that house various kinds of Pokemon.
Players interested in the expansions can pre-order the DLC Expansion Pass, which includes new uniform sets and a special Hisuian Zoroark code. The DLC Expansion Pass became available for pre-order on February 27, 2023.
