The preview images for Episode 1 of “Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead” have been revealed! The episode, titled “Akira of the Dead,” will officially air on July 9. You can watch “Zom 100” on Crunchyroll, Netflix, and Hulu. Take a look at the preview images below:

Kazuki Kawagoe, known for directing “Komi Can’t Communicate,” will be directing the series at studio BUG FILMS, marking it as the studio’s first-ever anime series. Our seasonal poll showed that “Zom 100” was one of the most highly anticipated anime of the summer, so don’t forget to vote for Episode 1 in our weekly poll! Shuichiro Umeda will voice the main protagonist, Akira Tendo. The rest of the main cast for “Zom 100” is as follows:

“Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead” is an anime adaptation of the manga written by Haro Aso and illustrated by Kotaro Takata. The manga series, which began serialization in Monthly Sunday Gene-x in October 2018, has released a total of 53 chapters and 14 volumes. It has received nominations for awards and is currently being published in English by VIZ Media, with volume 11 scheduled for release on August 15, 2023.
