Get ready for a special treat because the anime will have an exclusive premiere at this year’s Anime Expo. And guess who’s making an appearance? Director Li Haoling will be there too!
For those who don’t know, Link Click, or Shiguang Dailiren, is an awesome Chinese original anime (donghua) created by Studio LAN and directed by Li Haoling from Haoliners Animation League. The first season came out in 2021 and became a massive hit among anime fans. And here’s a cool tidbit: there’s more than just the main series! There’s also a super cute chibi web series and a special episode called Link Click: Marrying by Contesting. Talk about extra awesomeness!
What’s even cooler is that Link Click has been dubbed in both Japanese and English, so fans all around the world can enjoy it in their preferred language. And guess what? LAN, the studio behind it all, is also the one animating the second season of Link Click. Isn’t that fantastic?
Now, hold your breath, folks, because there’s more to come! Funimation has licensed the first season, and they describe the plot like this: Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang, armed with superpowers, dive into their clients’ photos one by one at the “Time Photo Studio,” a small photography shop in a bustling modern city. They take their job seriously, no matter the dangers they face, because fulfilling every order is their top priority!
