The upcoming anime adaptation of “My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer” has unveiled a thrilling teaser trailer and a captivating visual. The anime, produced by Typhoon Graphics, is set to premiere this fall, and the talented staff members behind the series have been announced:

In the anime, Junichi Suwabe lends his voice to Belgrieve, an adventurer who adopts a baby named Angeline. The role of Angeline is voiced by Saori Hayami.
“My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer” is originally a Japanese light novel series written by Mojikakiya and illustrated by toi8. The story was initially published as a web novel and later picked up by Earth Star Entertainment. It has been serialized under the Earth Star Novel imprint since 2018, with 11 volumes currently available. The illustrator, toi8, is a well-known artist recognized for their work on projects like “.hack//The Movie” and “Maoyuu Maou Yuusha.”
The series has also received a manga adaptation by Kyu Urushibara, which is currently ongoing. J-Novel Club has licensed the light novel, and they describe the plot as follows:
“The life of an adventurer isn’t always glamorous. Belgrieve learns this the hard way when a dangerous encounter costs him his leg, shattering his dreams shortly after embarking on his quest for fame and fortune. However, fate has more in store for this retired adventurer. While exploring the wilderness and gathering herbs, he stumbles upon an abandoned baby girl whom he names Angeline, deciding to raise her as his own. Angeline grows up to become a highly skilled adventurer, earning the prestigious S-rank status.
