The manga is being released in English by Seven Seas Entertainment.

Synopsis:

The story revolves around Aijo Rentaro, who has been rejected by a hundred girls when asking them out on dates. In desperation, he prays for guidance and is informed by a god that the rejections were a cosmic mistake. To rectify the situation, the god ensures that Aijo will have a hundred dates. However, there’s a catch – if Aijo doesn’t reciprocate the feelings of these girls, they will meet with tragic accidents. With girls confessing their love to him left and right, Aijo is faced with the dilemma of choosing among them while avoiding harm to anyone. This romantic comedy takes the harem concept to an extreme and comical level.

Nakamura and Nozawa’s manga was first serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine in December 2019 and is currently ongoing.
